Gardening Day Five: Trimming Bushes
We will go to the Sailor House and learn about bushes and how to trim them: Wisteria, juniper, pine, dwarf varieties, cottoneaster, roses.
We'll also learn a about our Koi pond.
Then...a party! Combo, pepperoni, and cheese from Cassidy's; Mango drinks and Pepsi (from Mexico...so no high fruc. corn =). Mr. Thompson supplies the donuts.
Fill out community service forms.
Fill out the course review.

Gardening Day Four: Weeding and Grass
Today will start with some weeding. Later, we will top-seed grass on the quad.
Notes: Spread evenly (a spreader helps, which we'll use).
If you fertilize, you must water or you'll burn your grass.
